Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Metapoleis Limited (“SUAPP AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our websites, applications, plugins, software, and AI services (the “Services”).
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:
- Account and contact information: name, email address, account identifiers, profile details, and communications with us.
- User content: prompts, text, images, videos, models, documents, other files you upload, generated output, selections, edits, and feedback.
- Transaction information: plan, order and transaction identifiers, billing contact information, payment status, currency, amount, and purchase history. Full payment-card details are handled by our payment providers and are not ordinarily stored by us.
- Technical and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, pages and features used, timestamps, referring URLs, crash data, diagnostic logs, and cookie or similar identifiers.
- Information from connected services: basic account information received when you choose a sign-in or integration service, subject to your settings with that provider.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- create and manage accounts, process transactions, and deliver the Services;
- process prompts and files and return generated output;
- operate, maintain, personalize, troubleshoot, and secure the Services;
- provide customer service and communicate about accounts, purchases, updates, and security;
- measure performance and understand how features are used;
- prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and violations of our Terms; and
- comply with legal obligations and protect our rights, users, and third parties.
We do not use your prompts, uploaded files, or generated output to train or fine-tune AI models.
3. Cookies, Analytics & Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep sessions active, remember preferences, protect the Services, and understand usage. We use Google Analytics to collect and analyze information about visits and interactions, such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser information, and referral sources. Google processes this information under its own privacy terms.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent account, security, or other core features from working correctly.
4. Payment & Other Service Providers
We use third-party providers to operate the Services. Payment transactions may be processed by Stripe, PayPal, or Airwallex. Depending on the payment method you select, the relevant provider may collect payment and identity information directly and process it under its own terms and privacy policy.
We may also use providers for cloud hosting, content delivery, storage, security, communications, customer support, authentication, analytics, and AI processing. We give providers only the information reasonably necessary for their services and require them to handle it under appropriate contractual and security obligations.
5. How We Share Information
We may share information:
- with service providers described above;
- with an organization when you use an account controlled by that organization;
- when you ask us to share information or connect a third-party service;
- to comply with law, legal process, or enforceable government requests;
- to investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or threats to rights and safety; or
- as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
We do not sell personal information for money.
6. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain account and transaction records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the Services. Retention periods vary according to the type of information, the feature used, legal requirements, and operational needs. We may retain aggregated or de-identified information where it can no longer reasonably identify you.
7. International Data Transfers
We and our providers may process information in Hong Kong and other countries or regions where we or they operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those in your location. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and using a secure device and network.
9. Your Choices & Rights
You may update certain account information through the Services and control cookies through your browser. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and legal exceptions may apply.
For privacy requests, use the Contact Us page.
10. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children below the minimum age required to consent to the processing of personal information in their location. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children who cannot provide that consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
11. Third-Party Links
The Services may link to websites or services that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review those policies before providing information.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Services, law, or our practices change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the date above. If a change materially affects how we handle personal information, we will provide additional notice where reasonably practicable.
