Digital Delivery Policy
SUAPP AI products and services are delivered electronically. We do not sell or ship physical products through this website.
Electronic Delivery
After successful payment, subscriptions, account entitlements, and purchased credits are normally added to the account used for the purchase immediately. Where a product includes software or a plugin, the download is made available through the relevant product page, download dialog, or account interface.
We may send a transaction or activation confirmation to the email address associated with the account. Access to the purchased service does not depend on receiving that email.
Delivery Delays
Most orders are delivered immediately. A payment review, network delay, provider outage, or account verification may delay activation. In exceptional cases, processing may take up to 24 hours after the payment is confirmed.
No Physical Shipping
Because delivery is digital, there is no shipping fee, physical tracking number, or delivery address requirement. Any billing address requested during checkout is used for payment processing, verification, tax, or compliance purposes and is not a shipping address.
Delivery Support
If access is still unavailable 24 hours after a successful payment, send the request from the email address associated with your account. Include your account email and order or transaction number so we can investigate.
